We utilize Pet Zone for our hermit crab needs. They're super friendly and usually always have what we need, but if they don't have it in stock they will generally order it or find it for you locally. I also used to use Pet Zone for odd foods that I couldn't find for my dog when she was alive. She suffered from food allergies and Pet Zone has a litany of foods that general pet stores don't carry. Definitely recommend for your pet store needs- especially you're looking for something off the wall.

I had such a great experience here. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in to buy a betta for my son and was honestly pretty nervous after a really unpleasant experience at PetSmart, where I felt rushed, dismissed, and concerned about the condition of the fish. From the moment I walked in, they completely put me at ease. They helped me choose the right fish, gave me live plants, talked me through my best options for transitioning, and shared really helpful tips (including coming back for snails). I felt listened to and supported, which made such a difference. The bettas here are absolutely beautiful vibrant, healthy, and clearly well cared for. The difference compared to the big chain stores was honestly shocking. Those fish looked unwell and “on their way out,” and I didn’t feel comfortable bringing that home for my seven year old. The fish we brought home from here looks stunning and healthy. I also really appreciated their 7-day guarantee and the option to bring water back in for testing if something goes wrong. Very friendly staff and has all of your critters' needs. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast, and we have never called or showed up for something, and they were sold out. Their prices are way better for our needs than the big pet stores. For what we need, we are paying at least half the price for the same product, and it's just as well. My kids love this shop even if it's just to go in and look at all of the animals and talk to the staff. We will be doing all of our pet business with them, superb staff, friendly faces, quality service and products.

Love shopping here. This is a great store, small but the customer service is great! As soon as you walk in, somebody will greet you & ask if you need anything. That store associate will get whatever you need done without having to call somebody to that area. I get all my feeder fish & fish tank necessities here. Plus whatever my dogs may need also, from leashes, doggy doors, toys, & food. They have reptiles and a variety of birds.
